Sales Support Administrator - The position involves assisting the sales force by managing the application process with potential clients seeking working capital from our company.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the sales staff in every aspect from the time a customer contract comes in to the time it becomes an approved account
Processing applications into the system
Contacting potential clients for missing information for their application
Handling customer service enquiries
Reliability, strong follow-through on requests and an attention to detail
Act as a liaison with all departments to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to executing a sale
Proactively manage sales to completion
Having excellent telephone communication skills to interact with clients / potential clients
Ability to "think out of the box"
This individual must work well with others in a fast paced, high pressured, entrepreneurial environment.
